The Advice Service is a free, confidential, independent and experienced service for students to access representation and support.

Our Advice Service will still be running over the summer break, but there may be times when we have fewer staff available because of annual leave.
We are currently working to a 5 working day response time, so please allow time for us to get back to you.
The Advice Service will not be contactable from Monday 1st June to Friday 5th June 2026. This is because the team will be taking part in SU planning days from 1st to 3rd June, followed by a 2-day closure.
Please keep this in mind if you need advice about a meeting, deadline, or university process. Where possible, we encourage you to contact us early so we can support you before this closure period.
If you need wellbeing support for anything you may be experiencing, please access the University's Student Support Services.
